Tai Chi Introductory Workshop @ Lotus Living Arts Studio
You will be guided through the opening sequence of the Tai Chi form, the principles behind it, and learn about the benefits of this ancient practice. Tai chi (taiji), is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. The term taiji refers to a philosophy of the forces of yin and yang, related to the moves. Though originally conceived as a martial art, it is also typically practiced for a variety of other personal reasons: Health, longevity, stress management etc. 2 hour workshop, with 20 minute break. $15 before August 11th $20 day of workshop
