Barre - Vana @ Lotus Living Arts Studio
Beginning March 4th, join me every Monday & Wednesday at Lotus for Barre-Vana from 5 p.m.-6 p.m. ! Barre - Vana is a total body workout inspired by the movements of Pilates, yoga, ballet aerobics, and strength training. This one-hour isometric workout features movements that will majorly improve posture, muscle definition, flexibility, and help lower stress levels. Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel accomplished while doing an amazing workout that will lengthen, strengthen, and tone your body!
