A History Mystery @ The Concord Museum

The Mecklenburg Declaration is one of the most divisive documents in North Carolina history. No original evidence of the paper survives which shrouds the document in more mystery. Even Thomas Jefferson and Johns Adams argued over the document. The Concord Museum will present both sides of the argument and shed more light on the history and mystery surrounding the Mecklenburg Declaration. 

Art on Tap Hosts Downtown Disco

Put on your butterfly collars and bell-bottoms this Friday night when The Galleries turn into Studio 65 for Downtown Disco! Professional dance instructor Glenna Wilson of Dance Dreams Studio will be there to make sure everyone knows how to get their groove on and DJ Kristie of Swanson Entertainment Co. will spin the disco vinyls the whole night long. Craft beer will be provided by High Branch Brewing Co.

Cabarrus County Parking Deck Now Open

The Cabarrus County Parking Deck is now open to the public. The parking deck addresses parking demands for courthouse activities, and supports growth and visitors to the area. 

The new five-story structure located at 81 Spring St. SW, is a collaborative project of Cabarrus County and the City of Concord.
