The Concord Latin Festival presented by El Puente Hispano will be held Sunday, October 21st from 12 - 8 p.m. on the Barber Scotia Campus. The festival is a fun family oriented event with live musical performances, children's activities, arts and crafts, and Latin American cuisine.
