The Spring into Arts Festival  committee is currently accepting applications for the 2018 festival. The festival will take place Saturday, May 12 from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. in Downtown Concord and attracts artists from across the region. The centerpiece of the festival is a juried art show with artists spanning a wide variety of mediums including jewelry, ceramics, wood, painting, photography, glass and textiles.

Art Walk & Tree Lighting This Friday!

Join us in Downtown Concord this Friday for the Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony and Art Walk! Art Walk is from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. throughout Downtown. Stop in at the Cabarrus Arts Council for a map and check out their latest exhibition Clay! The Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony begins at 6:00 p.m. with children's activities and trolley and carriage rides. Stage entertainment will begin at 6:30 p.m. and the lighting of the tree will be at 8:30 p.m. followed by fireworks!
