You’ll also find information on existing and new businesses downtown. The City’s streetscape project will replace aging utility infrastructure and improve pedestrian walkability, recreation, and outdoor dining opportunities. Lansing Melbourne Group’s Novi mixed-use projects represent an estimated $70 million of private investment in downtown Concord and will add new market-rate and workforce apartments, commercial retail space, and a rooftop restaurant to the heart of downtown.
